During the epidemic, Chengdu canceled or postponed more than 100 exhibition activities and the revenue growth rate of the exhibition industry was expected to drop by 6 percentage points compared with the expected target of the year. Nevertheless, in 2020, Chengdu will still have 920 major exhibition activities, with a total exhibition area of more than 12.8 million square meters, "up against the market". These will include 220 international exhibitions, 13 UFI certified exhibitions and 15 ICCA standard international conferences.(By Edina Liang)
