拓展种养殖基地+灵活就业。在农业产业园区桑叶采摘、葡萄管收等农忙时节,利用苌睿公司线上人力资源产业园系统,主动向周边村社发布劳务用工信息,2023年已通过季节性、临时性灵活用工解决了农村劳动力就业658人,人均增收3100元。
